Subject of the contract
The present general terms and conditions of sale govern the online order of prepared meals for on-site consumption, takeout or delivery by La Perle Bleue.
Order process
The contract is formed at the time of order confirmation. The customer can review their cart before validating it.
Prices
The displayed prices are in EUR, VAT included. La Perle Bleue reserves the right to change the prices for future orders. In case of a manifest pricing error, La Perle Bleue reserves the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation / Modification of Order
The customer can cancel or modify their order before confirmation. After confirmation, no cancellation is possible except in case of stock shortage or exceptional closure by La Perle Bleue, a refund will then be made.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian legislation, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply to orders of prepared or perishable meals, whether for takeout or delivery. Customers cannot return a meal.
Ordering as a guest vs registered account
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when ordering. In case of account creation, the customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
Minimum Age
Orders and account creation are reserved for persons aged 18 or older.
Cashback Program
The cashback program allows customers to earn store credit on their orders. This credit is non-refundable in cash and La Perle Bleue may adjust the rates in the future.
Intellectual Property
The texts, photos, and trademarks of La Perle Bleue are the property of SCS Balikci and cannot be reused without prior authorization.
Limitation of Liability
The customer is responsible for informing La Perle Bleue of any allergy or intolerance before placing an order. La Perle Bleue cannot be held liable for indirect damages. A force majeure clause also applies.
Claims and Dispute Resolution
Customers are requested to contact the customer service of La Perle Bleue for any claim. In case of non-resolution, the customer can contact the Consumer Mediation Service (médiationconsommateur.be).
Applicable Law and Competent Courts
The present conditions are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the district where La Perle Bleue is established are competent.
Modifications of the Conditions
These conditions may be modified. The date of the last update is at the top of this page, and significant changes are signaled using a banner on the site.
Language of the Contract
The present conditions are drawn up in French, the French version prevailing in case of divergence.

La Perle Bleue offers a delivery service. Please refer below for details regarding the delivery.
Delivery Area
Delivery is available in certain areas determined by La Perle Bleue.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees apply and are determined in advance at the time of the order.
Delivery / Preparation Time
Delivery times are ESTIMATES and do not constitute a firm contractual deadline.
Who Performs the Delivery
Deliveries are made by the staff of La Perle Bleue.
Transfer of Risk
Goods remain under the seller’s risk until the consumer (or someone at the delivery address) actually receives them.
Delivery Failure
In case of delivery failure (customer unreachable/absent at the address), a new delivery or cancellation will be handled according to the conditions of La Perle Bleue.
Force Majeure
Delivery delays due to cases of force majeure (traffic, bad weather, accidents) limit the liability of La Perle Bleue.
